Time Machine

The concept of Time Machine is that,by using it we can be able to travel our past and future. According to Newton's theory,if one thing can move in a speed that is same as the speed of light, then the thing will lose its whole weight and there will not have any past or future for that thing. It is hoped that we'll enjoy the time machine by next 10 years.

  1. Actually we have been waiting for this technology for many years. I think the main benefit of it is, by traveling our past we can learn from the history. such as how Hitler was defeated, what was the reason of different war,how Pyramid and other enormous building was built. We can also travel to the period of different prophet as a result people can know which is the real religion and Cristian and Jews can get their fault.

Thank you brother Muzahid for posting such an interesting invention. I also think that student can travel their future by this technology and take right decision on their life and everybody will be less stressful about their future. Therefore I fell little bit Confucian, is this realistic that someone can be able to his future?

  3. Thank you for your valuable question bro. Silaphone.I think, the invention of time machine is realistic cos Scientists believe that if we can acquire light speed then it is possible to move our future and also we Muslims believe that our future is predetermined by Allah,we can't change our future. so why not we can move to our future

    Nice decussions dear brothers...

First of all, by the representation of all of us in the group, I want to thank and appreciate the creativity and hardworking of our dear lecturer bro Azlanm that that gave us this chance in order to discuss, deeply search and study about such technological invention which we haven’t heard even think of that. Insyallah , this might enhance the level of our understanding and perceptions pertaining to the World and its current technological advancement. Honestly, by doing such, as an Economics student I’, going to be attracted by ICTM.

Actually bros… even tough there are many books and movies pertaining to this pre-invention concept. but,I also a bit confused about this future invention. but, what I found is that “The Time Machine” is a science-fiction series which began as a novel by H.G. Wells, which in turn was a remake of an earlier short story of his called The Chronic Argonauts. The principle concept of the series is that an inventor known only as The Time Traveler has created a Time Machine capable of taking him into the future or the past as he pleases. In the future, he finds a decayed world where Humanity has evolved into separate species: the Eloi and the Morlocks. Wells also wrote another sci-fi novel, When The Sleeper Wakes, which sheds some light on how the world of the Eloi and the Morlocks came to be.

Splendid information. I'd like to express gratitude for having an interesting topic in advance.

Dear bros & sis, regarding this topic I have many things to ask. From my point of view, time & space is what make a human know they are creature of God which cannot get out of these context. God also said if we want to do whatever we want just find other places not created by Him (and there is no such place). We should know we live in ages which subject to time changes. I believe we are limited in term of capability of not being subject to time and place, which makes us Human & not god.

Do you think this invention will be discovered? And if the scientist were possessing the machine, will it change the world to be the better place to live?
Where there is no warfare of fighting over power and influence. Will the World War be stopped and the justice prevail?
Can we stop global warming which predicted to let Artic and Antartica's ice melting and trigger tsunami all over the world?

Many issues can arise as the topic discussed. Kindly express your clarification my mate...

Fortunately, I found some stories in this decade on development toward the discovery of "time travelling" as follows:

Currently, The European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) which located in Geneva, Switzerland, has been developing a gigantic scientific instrument called LHS (Large Hadron Collider) as the world's largest and highest-energy particle accelerator. CERN, which developed World Wide Web, said Physicists will use the LHC to recreate the conditions just after the Big Bang, by colliding the two beams (of subatomic particles called "Hadron") head-on at very high energy.

"Time travel could be a reality within just three months", Russian mathematicians have claimed. They believe an experiment nuclear scientists plan to carry out in underground tunnels in Geneva in May could create a rift in the fabric of the universe. Irina Aref'eva and Igor Volovich, of Moscow's Steklov Mathematical Institute, say the energy produced by forcing tiny particles to collide at close to the speed of light could open the door to visitors from the future.

According to Einstein's general theory of relativity, any large amounts of matter or energy will distort the space and time that surrounds it. If the energy or mass is large enough, it is claimed that time can be distorted so much that it folds back on itself - creating a wormhole, or time tunnel, between the present and the future.

Interestingly enough, Stephen Hawking once opposed the idea of time travel. He even claimed he had “empirical” evidence against it. If time travel existed, he said, then we would have been visited by tourists from the future. Since we see no tourists from the future, ergo: time travel is not possible. However, Einstein's laws of physics suggest that time travel is only possible into the past as far as the point when the first time machine was invented. Suddenly, because of the enormous amount of work done by theoretical physicists within the last 5 years or so, Hawking has since changed his mind, and now believes that time travel is possible.

In the span of 4 months between 2000&2001, a guy named John Titor tag his "time machine" pictures and "time travelling" experience in public forums. His controversial statement startled people on net. He claimed to be on mission to go back in 1975 and bring back IBM's 5100. John who was born in 1998 & came from 2036, was sent to meet his grandfather who was one of the engineers of IBM 5100, the first portable computer build 6 years before PCs. He said, this computer will translate BASIC and some computer language to fix UNIX system in process of mankind bringing life to normal condition Post-WWIII. He warned that people in his worldline have to grow their food as facing from environmetal problems like disease and radiation.

If this is "the first time traveller" Hawking will definitely believe the possibility to become true, as his idea goes. John pointed that CERN will accidently find a way of performing time travel as they create "mini black hole" or what he desribed as "micro singularities"

That's all folk. I may say it's possible and if it is, We can bring justice by punishing Terrorist such as Hitler and the gang to the Jurrasic ages. However, as the movies depicted, the one who hold this tech should be the right hand. There has been objection or unrest against it if only it falls to the wrong hand. Many innocents will be victims and this world will end up to apocalipse.

I do hope this tech will bring benefit for good purposes especially by Muslims to bring the Golden Ages of Civilization as God wished and granted.

  7. Oh my god! I didn't expect that you guys would write so amazing comments.I thought that you might take it as a fun when I posted it .After having a short discussion because of limited time ,we can conclude it that time machine is possible to be built and it will bring more advantage than disadvantage

As long as you live in this globle you hear or sea something wonderful means that scientists try every moment to concieve something new and astonish.i belive this if they success to genarate this technology it would be usefull, people would not be anxious about their feture. But the question is, is this scientist's prediction or certain?. We will see the answer in the future insha allah.

I don't think this would be possible, how it can be possible to travel in feture, as a muslim we believe that only Allah knows in the future, we can predetermine and arrange what we are going to do in the future but don't know what wil happen even in the next five minutes.
So in my view i think this is far in certain.

    Great openions!!! :)

It's amazing, I really like your points and understandings, especially about the value of the time which you mentioned nicely according to our holly religion Islam. Actually, Allah S.W.T himself emphasized and swear by the name of "Time" in Arabic word (Wal-Asr)and in one of his beautiful verses he Said" ( والعصر ، إن الإنسان لفي خسر ، إلا الذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات وتوصوا بالحق وتواصوا بالصبر So, As a Muslim we need to read the history of others in order to take them as a lesson and to perfect our flaws and chose the better path.

In fact, your question parts were also quit interesting for me. but, in my point of view, we can also another alternatives to refer to the books and ancients to study the past events.

To sum-up it's better for the world not to think so much on what happened for the pasts they should work-hard and find ways and search alternatives for how to create a bright future.

    GoodLuck Guys
